Key inclusion criteria
1)Individuals who have received a thorough explanation of the purpose and content of this study, possess the capacity to consent, fully understand the information and agree to participate.
2)Adult males aged 20 to under 65 at the time of obtaining consent.
Key exclusion criteria
1)Subjects with diseases of the heart, liver, or kidneys (including those as complications of other diseases)
2)Subjects with a history of cardiovascular disease
3)Subjects who have diabetes
4)Subjects with mental disorders
5)Subjects currently participating in other human trials or within four weeks of completing participation in such trials
6)Subjects with a history of male sexual dysfunction
7)Subjects taking medications that may affect male sexual function
8)Subjects who find it difficult to collect semen
9) Others who were judged as inappropriate for participation by the principal/sub investigator.
