Key inclusion criteria
a.Those who have received sufficient explanation of the purpose and content of the study,have the ability to consent,have voluntarily volunteered to participate with a good understanding,and have agreed to participate in this study in writing.
b.Females over 40 years old
c.Those who are judged as eligible to participate in this study by the physician.
d.and also those who are concerned about their hair.
Key exclusion criteria
a.Those who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of brain diseases, malignant tumors,immune diseases,diabetes mellitus,liver disease (hepatitis),renal disease,heart disease,thyroid disease,adrenal gland disease,other metabolic diseases.
b.Those who are being treated for mental illness such as sleep disorder(insomnia)or depression.
c.Those who are allergic to the test food(Vitamin),related foods and/or medicines.
d.Those who are currently intaking foods and/or supplements including Niacin.
e.Those who have been enrolled in other clinical trials within the last 3 months or plan to participate another trial during this trial
f.Those who have difficulty complying with the records in various questionnaires.
g.Those who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician.
