2) Academic societies that have agreed to participate in this study
2) Interview survey
Those who have agreed to participate in this study and meet one of the following criteria
1) Academic societies that have considered the use or construction of databases in their academic societies.
2) Those who have actual experience in database utilization or construction.
3) Those who have professional knowledge and experience necessary for database utilization and construction
4) Others who have specialized knowledge and experience in promoting database utilization and construction.

1. Questionnaire survey
1) Study design: Observational study (questionnaire survey)
2) Participants: Academic societies affiliated with the Japan Association of Nursing Academies (JANA)
3) Recruitment : Requests to JANA, or to the office of each academic society affiliated with JANA.
4) Data Analysis: Descriptive statistics will be used to tabulate the data from multiple-choice questions. Free-text responses will be analyzed qualitatively.
Note: This is an exploratory study without a predefined primary endpoint.
2. Interview
1) Study design: Interview survey
2) Participants: Individuals meeting any of the following criteria:
- have studied the utilization and construction of databases in their academic associations.
- have actually utilized or constructed databases.
- have the professional knowledge and experience necessary for the utilization and construction of databases.
- Other persons who have specialized knowledge and experience in promoting the utilization and construction of databases.
3) Recruitment: This study will utilize several sources of information: respondents from the questionnaire survey, online information about academic societies, and snowball sampling conducted by researchers in this study group.
4) Data Analysis: Descriptive statistics will be used to tabulate the data from multiple-choice questions. Free-text responses will be analyzed qualitatively.
Note: This is an exploratory study without a predefined primary endpoint.
