The aim of this study is to identify the characteristics of caregivers that will be benefit from a group multi-componet program based on cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology for family caregivers of people with dementia.

Targeting participants in a group multi-component program based on cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology for family caregivers of people with dementia, this study aims to identify the characteristics that will benefit from the program, taking into account factors such as the psychosocial background of family caregivers, the clinical and social background of dementia patients, and the intensity of the program.
Chang in depression and anxiety (HADS: Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale) of family caregivers before and after intervention
