Assessment

Primary outcomes

Muscle synergies calculated from the EMG date will be compared in terms of change of direction and kick motion before and immediately after the intervention.

Key secondary outcomes

Joint angle, segment angle, joint angular velocity, and segment angular velocity calculated from 3D data.X, Y, Z and composite vector data calculated from 3D ground reaction force meter. These outcome measures will be compared before and immediately after the intervention.

Interventions/Control_1

Exercise Interventions. The exercises to be intervened are as follows. Exercises related to improving thorax mobility: 2 sets of 6 clock exercises, 2 sets of 6 row exercises, 2 sets of 6 world grey tests, 2 sets of 8 trunk rotation exercises, and 2 sets of 12 retraction exercises. Exercises related to improving trunk stability include 10 draws, 2 sets of 8 birddog, 2 sets of 8 parov press exercises, and 2 sets of 12 deadbugs. Exercises to improve pelvic rotation: Cat and Dock 12 x 2 sets, Twist Lunges 10 x 2 sets. Pelvic stability exercises: 10 overhead squats, 1 minute of side plank exercises, 2 sets of 12 hip hitch exercises, and 10 Copenhagen hip adduction exercises. Exercises related to hip mobility: 5 hip rotation stretches for 30 seconds, 5 anterior thigh stretches for 30 seconds, 5 posterior thigh stretches for 30 seconds, and 6 shoulder insertions.

Interventions/Control_2

Practice movements using verbal instructions. Verbal instructions should be given as follows: In the change of direction motion, perform the change of direction motion so that the line connecting the shoulders faces the direction you want to go when changing the direction of the body.
In the kicking motion, perform the motion with movement from the chest to the shoulder blade area during the backswing before kicking the ball.

Interventions/Control_3

Sitting in a chair for 15 minutes
