Key inclusion criteria
Patients undergoing TAVI or EVAR under monitored anesthesia care.
Patients aged 18 years or older.
Patients who have given written consent of their own free.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients who have a limitation of neck range of motion.
Patients who have a anatomical abnormality of head and neck area.
Patients undergoing urgent surgery.
Patients who cannot give consent.
Other patients deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator
