Objectives
Narrative objectives1
Focusing on female students at a nursing university and nurses, we will investigate the discrepancy between the awareness of the decline in the quality of chest compressions and the reality, and clarify the extent of the discrepancy in the awareness of the actual decline in quality, the relationship between basic attributes and the discrepancy, and whether the quality of chest compressions improves after understanding the fact of the discrepancy.

Pre- and post-comparative study.
In this study, the subject will first perform chest compressions for 3 minutes. The subject is then given feedback on the chest compression results (communicating the discrepancy time). After being aware of the results (discrepancy time), the subject will be asked to perform a second chest compression.

Female students who have undergone BLS training and female nurses with nursing licenses
Key exclusion criteria
Those who are in poor health and who have limited exercise due to a chronic illness
