Key inclusion criteria
1) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) undergoing maintenance treatment with infliximab originator
2) Patients who have been definitively diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) according to the Japanese diagnostic criteria
3) Patients aged 18 years or older (if under 20 years old, consent from a legal representative must also be obtained)
4) Patients scheduled to switch to infliximab biosimilar (PF-06438179/GP1111)
5) Patients who have obtained written consent for this study
