Narrative objectives1

To investigate the risk of developing injuries and the impact of pain in volleyball players. The influence of pain on motor function will also be investigated. The athletes' motor function will be investigated again to see whether the athletes' motor function improves as a result of training guidance.

Ultrasound echography, body composition measurement, fascia diagram, movement analysis, 20m walk, Allow Head Agility test, vertical flight, upper and lower limb reach movement, pain intensity, upper and lower limb strength measurement, ROM measurement.

Key inclusion criteria

Must be a competitive volleyball player. They have no problems in their daily life and are able to attend classes at the University without any problems.

Key exclusion criteria

Non-university students . In case of an injury that makes it impossible to play volleyball . In case of physical, mental or emotional conditions that make it difficult to attend university classes.
