The purpose of this study is to establish a scientifically based nutritional support method for athletes during the weight loss period before a weight class competition.

In weight class sports, rapid weight loss is often practiced. This can result in some athletes not being in good condition for the match. Therefore, this study aims to establish a method to improve the condition of athletes by providing scientifically based nutritional support during the weight loss period before a match.
