The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of seated visual and motor function training conducted through foot manipulation on the integrated cognitive functions and physical abilities of elderly individuals, with the aim of improving their overall cognitive functions.

Prevention

Training group: Conduct a 20-minute training session once a week in an exercise class for three months.
Control group: Participate in measurements at the initial session, after one month, and after three months.

Healthy elderly people
(1) Users of implanted electrical stimulation devices such as pacemakers
(2) People with disabilities affecting daily living activities
(3) People with severe visual impairments
(4) People with mental illnesses (such as dementia and depression)
(5) People with a history of neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Parkinson's disease)
(6) People advised by a doctor not to engage in physical activity
(7) People experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, unsteadiness, or general tremors
(8) People with a history of cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal diseases
(9) People with paralysis or other serious health issues
(10) People with walking disabilities or who require walking aids
