Female university student who belong to Kobe University School of Medicine Faculty of Health Sciences.
Female graduate student who belong to Kobe University Graduate School of Health Sciences.
Key exclusion criteria
Have a history pregnancy.
Need to control the diet due to the disease.
Have been diagnosed with rickets by a doctor.
