The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combination of chlorella intake and exercise training on exercise performance in healthy young male and female adults, and male and female athletes.
Efficacy
Effects of 3-4 weeks of combination of chlorella intake and high-intensity intermittent training on aerobic (maximal oxygen uptake) and anaerobic (maximal accumulated oxygen deficit) capacities in healthy young male and female adults, and male and female athletes

Male and Female
Individuals who can make self-judgment and voluntarily provides written informed consent
1) Patients with obesity due to adrenal diseases
2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases
3) Patients with hepatic dysfunction
4) Patients with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine level: 3.0mg/dl or higher)
5) Patients with antidiabetic drugs, Ca channel blockers, beta blockers, and drugs that affect heart rate
6) Patients with limited exercise therapy
7) Subjects who can not swallow supplement
