2. Students who are able to obtain written consent to participate in the research of their own free will.
3. Age at the time of consent: 18 years or older
4. Gender: Male
Key exclusion criteria
1. Consumption of alcohol or caffeine within 24 hours prior to the study
2. traveled abroad within 4 weeks prior to the study
3. have a sleep disorder
4. who worked night shift or shift work within one year prior to the study
