Using data obtained from dynamic MR imaging studies of the in vivo human eye, image data analysis in the optic nerve region will be performed to determine if significant changes in 1H signal intensity are observed over time.

From June 2021 to September 2021, 1H-MR imaging will be performed in the clinical study "Intraocular aqueous humor dynamics measurements using O-17 stable isotope-labeled water in healthy adults" (jRCTs031210082), and consent for secondary use will be obtained from healthy subjects.
