Key inclusion criteria
The patients with pancreatic duct stricture suspicious of malignancy
The patients who was able to place ENPD tube, and collect pancreatic juice for cytology and cell block method
Key exclusion criteria
Age < 20 years
The patients who was not able to place ENBD
The patients who were already diagnosed cytologically or histologically before this study
Unwillingness to participate in this study
The patients who are otherwise judged by the investigator to be ineligible to participate in the study
