Key inclusion criteria
Patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for early gastric cancer or suspected early gastric cancer.
Consent to participate in the study was obtained on paper.
Over 18 years old.
Key exclusion criteria
Postoperative stomach.
Patients with multiple epithelial tumors (including suspected lesions)
Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for this study by the principal investigator or subcontractor.
Patients allergic to propofol, pentazocine, and lidocaine.
Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

The evaluation of additional observations using image-enhanced endoscopy (BLI: Blue light imaging/LCI: Linked color imaging) will be conducted with BLI for the first six months of the research period and LCI for the last six months.
Observation Procedure:
1, Perform gastric screening for about 3 minutes with WLI. 2, When an area of interest is found, take a picture and report the location, surroundings, and photo number to the recorder. Then, take a close-up shot and diagnose: cancer (high confidence)/cancer (low confidence)/non-cancer, switch to BLI/LCI for shooting and diagnosing: cancer (high confidence)/cancer (low confidence)/non-cancer to the recorder. 3, After the observation is finished, switch to BLI/LCI and perform additional observation for about 1 minute. When an area of interest is found with BLI/LCI, perform shooting, diagnosis, and recording in the same manner as above (close-up observation is performed in the order of BLI/LCI, WLI). 4, Next, another examiner performs the examination in the method described above. In odd-numbered cases, it will be performed in the order of Trainee, Expert, and in even-numbered cases, it will be performed in the order of Expert, Trainee. 5, The areas of interest and diagnoses pointed out by the examiner are recorded by the recorder in the Case record form (CRF). The final diagnosis of the area of interest is as follows. Perform enlarged observation of the area of interest with BLI using EG-760Z the day after ESD, and those diagnosed as non-cancer (high confidence) are considered non-cancer. Those with low confidence in non-cancer or suspected cancer are confirmed by biopsy.
