The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of timing of meal intake on glucose metabolism, oxidative stress and body mass index in elderly subjects.

65 yeras-old <=, 90 yeras-old >
Obtained written informed consent from the participant before participation.
Key exclusion criteria
1) Patients with diabetes, renal disorder, dyslipidemia, etc. that require dietary restrictions, and those treated for these conditions. 2) Patients taking antipsychotic or hormonal agents that may affect appetite. 3) Patients who have experienced physical problems in the past due to a blood test.
