This scoping review will be conducted in accordance with the reporting guidelines for scoping reviews (PRISMA-ScR). We will search the overseas literature through Scopus, Web of Science, Pubmed, CINAHL, and Japanese literature through Ichushi Web and CiNii Research. The search formula is given below. Two researchers will independently screen all articles identified in the search strategy (duplicates will be removed), extract data from the eligible articles. Disagreements between the researchers will resolve via discussion.

Research Selection
Inclusion criteria (a) topics relevant to balancing work and family life among home health care nurses, (b) research articles, and (c) written in English or Japanese.
Exclusion criteria (a) participants were not nurses, and (b) review articles.
