Narrative objectives1
To clarify whether there is a blood pressure modulation effect of artificial solar lights equivalent to natural light or near-infrared LED irradiation in healthy elderly persons, and if so, to determine whether it is associated with changes in vasodilation effects due to nitric oxide.

healthy men
Key exclusion criteria
anti-hypertensive medication
sleep-inducing and anti-anxiety medication.
glaucoma that requires treatment (excluding cases after treatment).
Color vision abnormalities
Diabetes requiring insulin therapy.
Persistent arrhythmia
Hospitalization within the past 3 months
