Food |
After 40 minutes of intermittent cycling, participants consume test foods for 15 minutes. Then, participants perform cycling exercise for 15 minutes. Workload and static balance are evaluated before and after intermittent cycling exercise.

1.Participants who are aged 18-29 years old
2.Participants who are males
3.Participants who have not chronic diseases
4.Participants who are not having medication (including supplements)
5.Participants who are non-smoker
6.Participants who have not reduced weight in the past 3 months or who will not intend to lose weight within the examination period
7.Participants who are not participating another study
8.Participants who have not allergy for the provided test foods
9.Participants who are not undergoing dental treatment
10.Participants who are not having injuries or symptoms for exercise
11.Participants who are consuming the same type of food as the test food daily
12.Participants who are able to consume mint flavour food
1.Participants who are not aged 18-29 years old
2.Participants who are females
3.Participants who have chronic diseases
4.Participants who are having medication (including supplements).
5.Participants who are smoker
6.Participants who have reduced weight in the past 3 months or who will intend to lose weight within the examination period
