Key inclusion criteria
1) Japanese males and females aged 20 to 59 years old at the time of informed consent
2) Those who defecate 3 to 5 times per week
3) Those whose life cycle is relatively stable, with no extreme fluctuations in meal times or sleeping hours throughout the week
4) Those who do not skip breakfast and eat three meals a day
Key exclusion criteria
1) Those who daily intake supllements that may affect the test results such as lactic acid bacteria or oligosaccharides
2) Those with severe anemia
3) Those who eat sweets or nutritional jelly instead of meals
4) Those who actively intake fermented foods such as yogurt, kimchi or natto
5) Those who eat more than 5 bananas a week
6) Those who intend to eat a vegetable-centered diet
7) Those who intake medications that may affect the test results such as antibiotics or medications with intestinal regulating effects
8) Those who may be allergic to the test product ingredients
9) Those who are participating in other clinical trials
10) Patients who suffer from a specific disease and are undergoing hospital visits, medication, or treatments
11) Pregnant, possibly pregnant or lactating
12) Persons who are alcoholics
13) Persons with a history of serious hepatic disorder, renal disorder, or cardiac disease
14) Persons with a history or current illness of hepatitis
