(P) inclusion of all workers
(I) interventions featuring an mHealth component aimed at addressing one or both of the lifestyle factors of physical activity and sedentary behavior
(C) any type of control or comparator condition for comparison
(O) work-associated outcomes, such as absenteeism, presenteeism, productivity, work performance, and workability as primary outcomes
- Studies published as full-text original articles.
- Studies published in Japanese or English.

Key exclusion criteria

Exclusion of studies reporting results from samples in which workers were mixed with other groups (e.g., full-time students), unless the results were reported independently for each group.
