To test the hypothesis that "in chronic kidney disease patients with sarcopenia/frail, an exercise program intervention reduces sarcopenia/frail," i.e., "muscle strength increases after a certain period of time after the start of the exercise program intervention.

The participants will receive guidance on the exercise program through personal training for one hour per session.
Exercise instruction will be provided on day 5, one week after day 5, one month after day 5, and every month thereafter, for a total of 8 sessions.
The exercise protocol consists of one exercise for the entire lower limb and three exercise for each of the thigh, lower leg, and upper limb.
The menu will be updated monthly according to the subject's strength.
Home exercises will be performed at least twice a week.

Male and Female
eGFR less than or equal to 45 mL/min/1.73 m2 at enrollment
Patients with urinary protein stores of 3.5 g/day or less or urinary protein of 3.5 g/gcre or less at any time at the time of enrollment.
Cases with sarcopenia/frail at the time of enrollment Grip strength and leg circumference are used as criteria for sarcopenia/frail complications.
Grip strength is less than 28 kg in men and less than 18 kg in women.
Leg circumference is less than 34 cm in men and 33 cm in women.
Cases of nephrotic syndrome
Patients with cardiovascular complications or motor dysfunction at the time of enrollment who are deemed by the physician to be ineligible for exercise therapy
Patients who are deemed by the physician to be unable to perform exercise therapy at home.
