Narrative objectives1
The aim of this study is to investigate that taste recall training increases sweet taste sensitivity to the five sweet tastes sucrose, lactose, fructose, maltose, and glucose and enables discrimination of each.

Healthy adults will be randomly divided into a 3-day taste recall training group and a control group, and their taste perception thresholds will be assessed at the beginning and end of the training.

Key inclusion criteria
Healthy adults who wished to participate in this study aged 20-64 years with no noted taste disorder
Key exclusion criteria
Healthy adults who don't wished to participate in this study. Healthy adults with taste disorder. Smoker. Persons allergic to sucrose, glucose, fructose, lactose, or maltose.
