People who are not being treated for cardiovascular,respiratory,orthopedic diseases, etc
Junior gymnasts who are undergoing specialized training (Athlete group)
People who do not have an exercise habits other than physical education class at school (Control group)
Junior high and high school students with consent of legal representative
Key exclusion criteria
People who are forbidden by their doctor to do exercise.
