(i) Patients with clinically or genetically diagnosed FAP
(ii) Patients scheduled to undergo endoscopic observation of the small intestine

Key exclusion criteria

(i) Patients who are under 20 years of age at the time of obtaining consent
(ii) Patients who are not appropriate for enrollment.
