100 throws are performed using the Meta Quest 2 app (ForeVR Darts). The intervention is monitored on an external monitor.

The participants performed 100 throws using real darts.

Key inclusion criteria
(1) Students of the Faculty of Health Sciences who are 18 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.
(2) Persons who, after receiving a full explanation of their participation in the study, have given their written consent based on the subject's own free will.
Key exclusion criteria
(i) Those with musculoskeletal or neurological diseases.
(ii) Those with experience of headset VR games.
(iii) Those with experience of playing darts.
(iv) Other persons deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator.
