To examine the effects of dieta with widley differing protein sources on human phosphorus metabolsim and blood glucose variability.
Efficacy
To investigate the dynamics of phosphorus metabolism after consumption of diets with widely fifferent protein sources, urinary phosphorus concentraiton and CPP (calciprotien particles) will be measured before and after the meal.
To examine postprandial blood glucose variability before and after meal ingestion to examine postprandial blood glucose variability after ingestion of meals with widely different protein sources.
