Phase1:Awareness
I perform a lecture and a discussion about the importance of the teamwork
Phase2:Practice and feedback
I promote practice by a teamwork activity and feedback the situation of the teamwork
Phase3:Continuous reinforcement
I perform the swing upset based on repetition training and the record
