Key inclusion criteria
(1) Music beginners (those who have never learned music or played a musical instrument other than in compulsory music classes, and those who have never played music or a musical instrument by themselves)
(2) Those who can give written consent to participate in the study.
Key exclusion criteria
(1) Those who cannot give informed consent
(2) Those with a history of dementia or neurological disease
(3) Those with severe visual or hearing impairment
(4) Those who are currently participating in other clinical research
(5) Those who have other difficulties in conducting the research.
