Key inclusion criteria

(1) Those who are junior high school student in 2023.
(2) Those who are in good health

Key exclusion criteria

(1)Those who are undergoing dental treatment.
(2)Those whose dentition or occlusal condition has been significantly changed during the intervention period due to loss of primary teeth, traumatic accidents, etc.
(3)Those whose intake rate of the test sample during the intervention period is less than 80%.
(4)Those with injuries or symptoms that interfere with exercise
(5)Those who are unable to consume test food
(6)Those with food allergies to the test food ingredients.
