Key inclusion criteria
The subjects were healthy men with no exercise habits who were interested in the study and voluntarily volunteered to participate in the study
Key exclusion criteria
Patients with a history of neuromuscular or orthopedic diseases of the lower limbs
A person who has been performing habitual resistance training or stretching within 6 months
Others who are difficult to measure
