The purpose of this study is to verify whether the combined use of aerobic exercise and rehabilitation in patients with first stroke in the subacute phase is effective in improving the function of the paralyzed upper limb and activities using the paralyzed upper limb by increasing the amount of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). In addition, we confirm the effects of aerobic exercise on cognitive and attentional functions.
