Narrative objectives1
The objective is to assess hand function and obtain improved accuracy for future functional reconstruction by removing pain and awakening the patient before closure during simultaneous surgery with tendon reconstruction and hand arthroplasty.

Tendon rupture requiring surgical treatment
Key exclusion criteria
Tendon rupture is present, but the patient does not wish to undergo surgical treatment.
