The purpose of this study is to determine treatment efficacy, adverse events, and heating feasibility in hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy for locally advanced pancreatic cancer through a multi-institutional, prospective registry of patient data.

Key inclusion criteria
Locally advanced pancreatic cancer, no distant metastases. Patients diagnosed with adenocarcinoma by tissue biopsy or cytology. However, patients within 2 months after the start of first chemotherapy are allowed.
Key exclusion criteria
Active multiple cancers (synchronous multiple cancers and heterochronic multiple cancers with a disease-free period of 5 years or less). However, epithelial cancer, lesions equivalent to intramucosal cancer, and skin cancer that are considered curable by local treatment are not included as active overlapping cancers.
