1. Patients who bring prescriptions to the pharmacy and self-manage their medications
2. Patients who have a family pharmacist and
3. Patients who have a family pharmacy
Key exclusion criteria
1. Patients who are unable to confirm their own will
2. Patients not prescribed medicines packaged in PTP sheets
3. Patients whose medicines are packaged one dose
