Key inclusion criteria

Students of university and graduate school in Meiji Gakuin University

Key exclusion criteria

Having current medical history of psychiatry or psychosomatic medicine.
Having a history of psychiatry or psychosomatic medicine.
Having psychological counseling at present.
Feeling significant discomfort due to physical or psychological symptoms at present.
Having symptoms of a fever or a cold within the past two weeks.
Those who are positive for COVID-19 or have a close contact with a person with COVID-19.
