Patient underwent right open radical esophagectomy and gastric tube reconstruction for esophageal cancer
Key exclusion criteria
Patients with neuromuscular diseases affecting pulmonary function
Patients without pulmonary function tests
Resection combined with other cancers
Patients with incomplete resection
Patients undergoing pharyngolaryngectomy
