Healthy female college student with abdominal and back exercises experience
(No habit of Lumbar Stabilization Exercise)
Key exclusion criteria
History of spinal surgery or lower extremity surgery
History of low back pain, lower extremity injury within the previous 12 months
Exercise at least twice a week
Target sample size
