Introducing 360-degree video virtual reality (360VR) into nursing skills training, we compare the efficacy of this new learning method with that of the traditional method.

Psychomotor skill scores: total scores from the skills performance checklist developed by the researcher
1. Knowledge test scores for suctioning patients on mechanical ventilators
2. Degree of satisfaction and confidence in learning "NLN Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning, Japanese version"
3. Perception of Nursing Students on the use of 360 VR (including qualitative evaluation)

Intervention group: View a 360VR (about 18 min.) "Oral Care and suctioning techniques for patients on mechanical ventilators in the Intensive Care Unit". Then, practice the technique while watching the same VR (to be conducted multiple times by each participant during one week).
* Will conducted in class (skills lab) and analyzed with secondary use of data.
Control group: Receive a demonstration of "Oral Care and suctioning techniques for patients on mechanical ventilators in the Intensive Care Unit" by the instructor. Then, practice the technique while watching a video of the same technique provided by the textbook company (to be conducted multiple times by each participant during one week).
* Will conducted in class (skills lab) and analyzed with secondary use of data.

1. those who have registered for classes in "Disease Management in Adult" and "Practicum in Adult Nursing"
2. those who can obtain written consent to participate (providing their data to this research) in this study
1. those who are retaking the "Practicum in Adult Nursing" or who have experience in performing or learning about endotracheal suctioning in a clinical setting
2. those with a history of epilepsy or consciousness disorder
3. those with a history of severe motion sickness
4. those who are pregnant
5. those who has a device inserted due to cardiac disease, etc.
