the study period: 2 days
the objects: the operation scheduled patients who more than 20 years old , and are necessary to radial artery catheterization
methods : After the induction of general anesthesia, the anesthesiologists perform the long-axis in-plane ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization by using the conventional linear probe. If the systolic blood pressure is less than 80 mmHg, the anesthesiologists modify the concentration of anesthetic agents or administer vasopressor drugs.
