Key inclusion criteria
rugby players who can fully participate in rugby training and match
Those who have experienced weight training for more than 6 months
Key exclusion criteria
Those who have been restricted from participating in rugby training or match due to musculoskeletal disorders within the past one month
Those who experience pain during weight training
