We clarify the relationship between high albumin leakage and low albumin leakage (albumin leakage more than 3.0 g/session vs. less than 3.0 g/session and Type II-b dialyzers vs.Type II-a dialyzers) in super high-flux (beta2-microglobulin clearance over 70 mL/min) on 3-year all-cause mortality

Key inclusion criteria
Patients on maintenance hemodialysis as of July 1, 2017
Key exclusion criteria
1) Under 20 years of age
2) Dialysis conditions (dialysis method, membrane material) between April 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017, which are different from those as of July 1, 2017
3) Blood purification methods other than HD
4) Dialysis frequency below 3 sessions per week or dialysis time below 3 hour per session
5) Use of dialyzers with beta2-microgloburln clearance below 70 mL/min and Type S
6) Pregnant or lactating patients
7) Missing data for covariates at study entry
