Patients on maintenance hemodialysis as of July 1, 2017
1) Under 20 years of age
2) Dialysis conditions (dialysis method, membrane material) between April 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017, which are different from those as of July 1, 2017
3) Blood purification methods other than HD
4) Dialysis frequency below 3 sessions per week or dialysis time below 3 hour per session
5) Use of dialyzers with beta2-microgloburln clearance below 70 mL/min and Type S
6) Pregnant or lactating patients
7) Missing data for covariates at study entry
