Male and Female
1) Men and women over 70 years old.
2) Those who are pre-frail or frail according to J-CHS criteria.
1) Patients who are currently in the hospital and have been restricted from exercising by their doctor, or who are unable to give their consent to participate in this study.
2) Patients who are judged to be unable to participate in the exercise intervention based on preliminary health status checks and preliminary examinations.
3) Those who are unable to give informed consent.
4) Those who exercise routinely.
5) Those who routinely consume medicines or health foods intended to improve motor function or muscle strength.
6) Those who take nutritional foods on a daily basis.
7) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
8) Subjects who are allergic to foods.
