To evaluate changes in nurses' behavior, attitudes, knowledge, and skills toward evidence-based practice (EBP) before and after they learn information literacy for EBP

Scores of the Evidence-based Practice Questionnaire of the Japanese version (EBPQ-J) after three months starting of using an e-learning system
Key secondary outcomes
1) Self-reported measurements regarding EBP and information literacy including the subscales of the EBPQ-J, frequency of reading articles and scores in each test after three months after registration of online courses
2) Completion rates of online courses
3) Relationships between participants' demographics and EBP and information literacy
4) Degree of visits and usage of the e-learning system for three months
