1) Self-reported measurements regarding EBP and information literacy including the subscales of the EBPQ-J, frequency of reading articles and scores in each test after three months after registration of online courses
2) Completion rates of online courses
3) Relationships between participants' demographics and EBP and information literacy
4) Degree of visits and usage of the e-learning system for three months
