Narrative objectives1
To evaluate the prognostic performance of the combination of blood circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) status and Histotyping score using deep learning in colorectal cancer patients undergoing radical surgical treatment.

1. Relationship between ctDNA and Histotyping score and efficacy of adjuvant therapy.
2. Clinical outcomes such as DFS, overall survival (OS), and ctDNA positivity will be defined, and the correlation between these outcomes and Histotyping, as well as the association with other clinicopathological and molecular biological characteristics and perioperative treatment, will be analyzed in an exploratory manner.
