Results
Examination performance was significantly better in the Peer assisted learning group than in the control group. This tendency was maintained in the subgroup analysis assessing higher level abilities in Millers pyramid but not in that assessing lower level abilities.

The study will be conducted in accordance with the PRISMA (Priority Reporting for Sys-tematic Review and Meta-Analysis) Statement and the PRISMA Extension Statement for Network Meta-Analysis Guidelines.
This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis and was exempt from IRB registration and patient consent.
