Training with whole-body vibration stimulation: 4 training items (standing on tiptoe, right and left tandem positions, standing on one leg) twice a week for 6 weeks on a whole-body vibration stimulator.

Normal training: 4 training items (standing on tiptoe, right and left tandem positions, standing on one leg) twice a week for 6 weeks on normal surface.
