Assessment

Primary outcomes

1.Calculate eGFR slopes before and after hospitalization for renal diet experience and statistically compare the two.
2.To statistically identify factors that influence the change (improvement, maintenance or worsening) in eGFR slope before and after hospitalization for renal diet experience.
3. To compare the change in eGFR slope before and after the kidney diet experience hospitalization with the change in eGFR slope of the conventional educational hospitalization that was conducted at our hospital.

Other

Other related information

As part of the goal of appropriate diet therapy for chronic kidney disease, we will conduct a 3-day limited tasting hospitalization of kidney disease diet and investigate its impact on the transition of chronic kidney disease over a 2-year period. In particular, we will evaluate the importance of nutritional guidance by comparing the effects of a one-week educational hospitalization that has been conducted at our hospital in the past.
